Our referral role

Hands on Cleaning Services is not the employer of the house cleaner referred to you. We refer highly vetted cleaners in the area to our customers.

Cleaning work is performed by the independent cleaner referred to you. The scope, timing, price, and any special arrangements should be confirmed before the appointment. These terms do not exclude responsibilities or rights that applicable law requires.

Quotes and bookings

Submitting a quote request does not create a confirmed appointment. Quotes are based on the information you provide about the property, its condition, and the requested services. A booking is confirmed only when the appointment and service details have been agreed.

If the actual condition or requested work differs materially from the quote, any revised scope or price must be discussed and agreed before additional work proceeds. Special tasks and add-ons should be requested in advance.

Prices and payment

The applicable price, payment method, and payment timing will be communicated as part of your service arrangement. Any deposit, additional charge, or service-specific payment condition must be disclosed and agreed before it applies.

Promotional offers are subject to their stated eligibility and conditions. Please confirm whether an offer applies to your booking before the service is arranged.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Rescheduled visits depend on availability. Any applicable cancellation notice period or fee will be communicated and agreed as part of your booking; these general terms do not establish a cancellation fee.

Access and a safe working environment

You are responsible for arranging authorized access to the property and providing accurate instructions. Please secure pets and valuables, and identify fragile surfaces, special care requirements, or known hazards before the visit.

Work may need to be paused or rescheduled if access is unavailable or conditions are unsafe. Hazardous materials, biohazards, pest infestations, and work requiring specialist equipment are outside a routine cleaning arrangement unless specifically accepted by a qualified provider.

Service scope and concerns

Our cleaning checklist describes the tasks associated with each service type. The confirmed arrangement determines the work requested for your property. Please raise any limitations or special requests before your appointment.

If you are dissatisfied, let us know within 24 hours so we can coordinate follow-up under our advertised satisfaction guarantee. Report any suspected damage promptly and provide relevant details or photos when available. This notification request does not limit rights or claim periods provided by law.

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not submit fraudulent requests, interfere with website operation, or attempt to access information without authorization. Website content, branding, and images may not be copied or reused without permission except as permitted by law.
